past sonnets of flight

Past Sonnets Of Flight

Past sonnets of flight where none ever stay,
and even such beauty is whispered away;
by the call of her eyes to that more than desire
fall traces of moments to love made entire.

In a world now a ballad of silence so pure,
where the peace of the heart holds a different allure;
by the call of her form to that more than mere grace,
fall the bonds of the heart to this softest embrace.

Even love has no home in this beauty sublime,
for it goes ever on through the passing of time.
By the breath and the hour, her spirit untamed
awakens my senses and leads them inflamed....

past sonnets of flight where none ever stay,
where even such beauty is whispered away.
